RENTLY

RENTLY is a rental management app where building managers and tenants can check rent, maintenance fees, and utilities together.

It organizes the monthly recurring tasks of bill issuance, meter reading, and payment verification into a single workflow.

■ Tenants

· Check this month's billing details, categorized by supply price, VAT, and total amount.

· View last month's bills in the same location by selecting the month.

· Submit a photo of your meter to receive utility payments based on usage.

· Check administrator announcements in the app and leave inquiries to receive responses.

· Copy payment accounts all at once.

■ Building Managers

· Check this month's progress in order — automatic billing, meter reading collection, total amount entry, utility payment distribution.

· View accumulated arrears by company at a glance and verify payments by category.

· Download tax invoice data categorized by taxable and tax-exempt status and upload it to Hometax.

· Send text messages and app announcements to specific recipients.

■ Suitable for These Locations

· Commercial or office buildings with multiple tenants.

· Buildings where electricity and water usage must be divided and settled.

· Managers who need to bill for monthly rent and management fees and verify payments.

Accounts are issued to tenants by the building manager. You cannot sign up directly through the app.
