Randy-i (LANDY-i) is a revamped national land information platform released on January 14, 2025. It combines AR-based search with split-screen AR and map views, one-click information lookup, and multiple search options. Map-based search leverages GPS with diverse base and thematic maps for quick land and property discovery. The extension offers comprehensive real estate data, including basic info, official prices, transaction histories, and LX proprietary data such as survey history and National Land Status Survey reports. Living and safety information, as well as cadastral services (including subdivision and merger simulations) and virtual architecture tools (3D building placement) are also integrated for a one-stop experience.

Additional capabilities include a one-stop cadastral survey workflow, improved UI redesigns, and access to advanced features like weather details, enhanced security payment services, and AI-assisted search/navigation via voice. The app complies with information protection laws and explains optional access permissions (microphone, location, camera, and files) with a note that you can continue to use the service without granting these permissions for non-relevant features.
