The app is appreciated for its usefulness and security by some users. However, many face significant issues: frequent problems with authentication certificates requiring PC intervention, failure to accept phone numbers during verification, and incorrect rooting detection that blocks access. Foreign users without Korean phone numbers face registration barriers. Post-update bugs cause infinite login loops and crashes even on standard devices, frustrating users.
