This smartphone app has the following features.

1. Enter the title and number of items of the check (check) document.
2. Enter the title of the check (check) item.
3. Selection of check (check) type (YES/NO, score/full score).
4. Statistics and score (total score and percentile score) calculation of check (test) results.
(Scoring system: YES=1 point, NO=0 point, score and perfect score reflect the input value.)
