Smart Square Floor

Smart Square Floor is a fitness feedback app that works in conjunction with the dedicated Smart Square Floor platform to monitor foot pressure distribution and record changes in the center of gravity during lower body exercises such as squats and deadlifts.

Foot Pressure Monitoring
You can view pressure changes on your toes, heels, and the inner and outer sides of your soles during exercise via heatmaps and graphs.

Checking Center of Gravity Shift
You can check the direction in which the center of gravity recorded by the sensors shifts during descent and ascent movements.

Exercise-Specific Analysis Mode
You can record exercise data tailored to squats, deadlifts, and PT environments to analyze lower body movements in greater detail.

Exercise Information Based on Measurement Analysis
It provides general movement and exercise reference information based on the load distribution recorded on the inner, outer, forefoot, and heel sides of the soles.

Exercise Records and Growth Reports
You can manage your consistent training flow by viewing daily exercise records, recent measurement analysis results, and weekly and monthly workout volume at a glance.

QR Device Connection
You can quickly connect your app account with your exercise device by scanning the QR code on the Smart Square Floor kiosk. Smart Square Floor is an app for users who want to view data on load distribution and changes in repetitions recorded during exercise.

This app is designed to be used with Smart Square Floor compatible devices and service accounts. The app visualizes sole pressure and load distribution and provides general exercise information. It does not provide diagnostic or therapeutic functions for diseases, injuries, joint range of motion, or muscle conditions.
