Jangbucon is a field work app designed for managers and representatives of electrical safety management agencies.

It seamlessly inherits customer (site) and manager information registered in the company web workspace (jangbucon.kr), enabling users to complete necessary safety documents on-site with just a few touches.

• Site List — View the customers (sites) you are responsible for at a glance

• Automatic Creation of Risk Assessment Reports & TBM Logs — Automatically fills out documents based on site equipment information, and completes them by adding photos and site conditions

• Electronic Signature — Once your signature is registered, it is automatically entered into the signature field of documents, and remote signature requests can be made to external personnel via text message or KakaoTalk link

• Approval — Documents uploaded by the person in charge are submitted to the company representative for approval, and the representative approves or rejects them directly through the app

• Approval Notification — When a document for approval arrives, you are immediately notified via push notification once approval is complete; tapping the notification takes you to the relevant document

• Signature & Approval Status — Check the progress status of documents you have uploaded, and download approved documents as PDFs

■ How to Use

1. Sign up using the invitation code received from your company (ID or Kakao login, or mobile phone identity verification).

2. Register your signature once for the first time.

3. Select a site, automatically create the Risk Assessment & TBM, and submit it for approval.

4. The representative receives the notification and approves it through the app. Approved documents are stored in the company archives and can be downloaded from the app.
