The Integrated Funeral Service Member Management app is a business application that provides member information lookup, automatic member card display upon incoming calls, call/SMS history management, and bulletin board/CPA reception management all within a single screen flow.

■ System Permissions Used and Reasons for Use

In-app pre-notification screen → Activated only after user consent.

• Accessibility Service

- Reason for use: To display the member card on the incoming call screen. Since some devices running Android 14 or higher (such as Samsung One UI) block standard overlays during calls, the member card can only be displayed via an accessibility overlay (TYPE_ACCESSIBILITY_OVERLAY) in such cases. - Things never done: Reading other app screen content, capturing keystrokes, collecting notification content, changing user settings, and blocking the disabling or uninstallation of other apps. Call audio is not recorded. canRetrieveWindowContent=false and onAccessibilityEvent are disabled.

- User Consent: Upon initial launch, you must manually select one of the two buttons [Agree / Disagree] on the consent screen to activate the feature. The app can be used even without consent (Heads-up notification fallback).

- How to disable: You can turn it off at any time via Settings → Accessibility → Installed Services → Integrated Funeral Service Member Management. The app will not automatically turn on again.

• Phone Status (READ_PHONE_STATE) / Call Log (READ_CALL_LOG)

- Reason for use: To display member cards by matching incoming and outgoing numbers with the member database, and to collect and view recent call history by member.

- Data processing: Only the matched member ID and call time are recorded on our company server. Call content or voice is never collected or recorded.

- Note: SMS (Missed Call Notifications/Member Sent) is sent from the company's SMS server without the device's SMS permissions. The app does not request the SEND_SMS permission.

• Location (ACCESS_FINE/COARSE_LOCATION)

- Reason for use: Sorts funeral facilities based on current location during search. Used only when entering the search screen; permission is requested after a pre-notification dialog.

• Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

- Reason for use: Displays a member card overlay upon incoming calls (primary method).

• Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) / Foreground Service

- Reason for use: Displays foreground service notifications and CallStyle notification fallbacks to allow the call detection service to operate in the background.

• Auto Start / Excluded for battery optimization

- Reason for use: Restarts the call detection service after the device boots. Can be rejected; if rejected, it operates as a manual execution after booting.
