겉에 보이는 것만 치우고, 디테일한 부분은 청소하지 않음+그냥 안 보이게 구석구석 숨겨둠. 청소 매니저님 본인 판단 하에 쓸데없다고 생각하는 것은 마음대로 버리고, 왜 버리냐 하니 변명할 뿐 사과 한 마디 없음. 앱에서 문의를 하려고 하니 관련 메뉴+상담원 연결조차 없음.. 최악

광고 떠서 이사시 ㅇ싣고 이용하고자앱신청 아닌 견적 연락처로 바로 이용했다가 정확한 청소 시작 시간 공지 기억 못하고 40분 기다리게 하고 결국 노쇼, 그리고 급하게 구한 당일 또 다른 업체는 새벽까지 시간 끌고 불성실 등 끔찍한 경험, 거의 사기당한 것 같았고 회사로 항의해도 상응하는 보호와 적절한 보상조치 대신 계속 카톡으로 광고가 와서 차단, 탈퇴 계획 노쇼 업체는 회사로 컴플레인하니 위약금 대신 두 번째 업체가 제대로 안 한 청소 중 일부ㅡ거실 화장실,실외기실,가스레인지,오븐ㅡ보충하고 실외기실 청소시 벌레나왔다며 비싼 소독 권유, 특히 이사 전날 비롯, 이 모든 걸 다 지켜본 주변인들 역시 충격 청소 문제로 , 두 번째 업체가 시간 끈 새벽 1시까지 신경쓰느라 이사 전날 해야 할 ,짐 정리 거의 못 해 도미노로 문제 발생
