CallBook is a call history management app designed for companies with customer service roles. It is designed to allow agents to call assigned customers and record the results and notes immediately after the call ends. It was created for agents who make dozens of calls a day, and for teams that currently record call details separately in notebooks or Excel spreadsheets.

[ Making Calls ] Tapping a name in the list places a call immediately. There is no need to manually write down numbers.

[ Recording Call Results ] A result input window pops up automatically after a call ends. If you record the results and notes, they are added directly to the customer history.

[ Next Appointment ] If you write "Call back tomorrow," the call will appear at the top of the home screen for that day. You do not have to rely on your memory.

[ Incoming Calls ] When a call comes in, customer information appears at the top of the screen. Unregistered numbers can be registered as customers immediately while on the call.

[ Call Recording ] If your company uses call recording storage, call recordings saved on your mobile phone are automatically uploaded.

[ Receiving Customers ] If there is a customer waiting to be contacted, you can pick them up directly. You do not have to wait for an administrator to hand them out. [ Account Information ] Callbook is a business app used within the company. Accounts are created by your company's administrator, and you cannot sign up directly within the app. If you do not know your ID, please contact your company representative.

[ Access Permissions ] The "Dial" permission is used to call customers directly. The "Call Status" permission is used to detect when a call ends and display the result input window. The "Call History" permission is used to identify the person you just spoke with and link them to the consultation record. The "Audio File" permission is used solely to locate and upload call recording files; no other files are read. The "Display over other apps" permission allows you to view customer information even while on a call. Even if you do not grant these permissions, you can still use the app as usual, excluding the specific features mentioned above.
