Multiple reviews indicate that this Chrome extension fails to provide proper Google Play Store functionality on Chromebooks or other computers, notably app downloading and installation. Many users find it confusing and unreliable, with some unable to remove the extension once installed. A few users appreciate it for mobile synchronization or specific games, but the general consensus is negative due to poor performance, lack of app installation capabilities, and permission management issues.
Pros
- Some users express liking the app due to familiarity with Google Play on their Chromebook.
- A few users appreciated certain features, such as being able to use games like Roblox.
- For users with mobile devices tied to the Google account, synchronization works for app installations.
Cons
- The extension does not work properly on Chromebooks or standard computers, preventing app downloads.
- Many users cannot install or download apps through this extension, causing frustration and rendering it effectively useless.
- There is confusion and lack of clarity about the functionality and purpose of the extension versus the original Google Play Store app.
- Some users report inability to remove or uninstall the extension once installed, leading to dissatisfaction.
- Issues with auto-updating permissions being reset against user preferences were also mentioned.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I wanted this because I recently did a power wash on my Chromebook, and it deleted Play Store. No trace of it. Gone. So, I'm waiting to get it back.... somehow. While I was waiting, I found this on your local Web Store, which, don't get me wrong, is good, but scamming, and this is one of them. It doesn't work, especially for Chromebooks and Google Chrome (And, laptops and computers in general). Wouldn't recommend, it's just the same as if it were the website, "Google Play Store". I fact, it I the website, it's nothing. Plus, you can't download anything. You either have to pay, or it just won't download. It's not worth it, or my time.

Por que no me permite instalar ninguna aplicación, solo me permite instalar para mi movil que tiene la cuenta sincronizada.

Bought a Lenovo Chromebook and Google Play isn't opening there. Don't know if it's the product or the app itself, but it is unfortunate that I don't have other means to add apps onto the Lenovo, especially since it's new and I don't think I can return it now.
