Says Tibetan but when opened says Dzongkha. Truth be told the auther has not even tries to polish the app - like all langauge are not same Tibetan letters are placed as same as English format 😞😞😞. Little effort or copying from Samsung keyboard or Monlam would have made sense of this app.
