This extension is the best until Youtube made it not work. It's so good that someone is willing to spend their time to make Youtube better than everyone else. The old layout looks so nostalgic when you see it. I wished that it worked again as you'll love the old layout and use this extension from now on. Ironically, Pickle Vlad is better at developing Youtube than Youtube themselves. It's not Pickle Vlad's fault that Youtube patched this extension again. It's bad that Youtube doesn't give us the option to use this extension when the extension causes no harm. I hope Youtube reverts their code that patches this extension so everyone can use this extension and be happy but Youtube is a dick and wants to make updates for the sole purpose for everyone to suffer and Youtube doesn't even make money from patching the extension.

Good news: there is now another great extension that does what Good Old Youtube did or even better because you will be able to customize the video player between 6 different size presets, the extension is called: YouTube Redux. Here are some of the features from the YouTube Redux extension: Classic video page layout Small video player with size presets Disabling infinite comments scrolling. Customizable number of videos per row while on the main page (from default 4 to 1-10) Turns most round icons back into square shaped Ability to restore classic YouTube logo Option to use slightly darker red color for multiple elements. I highly recommend it as if you enjoyed Good Old Youtube, you will most likely enjoy this extension.
