Make Medium Readable Again

The Make Medium Readable Again Chrome extension is designed to neutralize the most distracting parts of the Medium reading experience, especially when you're not logged in. It improves readability by hiding persistent navigation bars, blocking popups like "pardon the interruption", shrinking oversized header images, and removing mobile app prompts. Optional features include disabling the text selection popup menu, hiding the clap/share bar, and preloading images to eliminate lazy loading as you scroll. Being open source software, users and developers are encouraged to contribute to its continuous improvement. This extension requires access on all sites due to certain Medium publications using custom domains but is transparent and secure with its code publicly available on GitHub.
