Klipa IPTV Player: M3U Xtream

Klipa is an IPTV player for your own M3U/M3U8 playlists and Xtream login on phones, tablets and Android TV. Send to a Chromecast or a TV with wireless display, pause live TV, browse the EPG and watch two streams at once with multiview. Klipa has no channels of its own. If you have no list yet, it can add the live streams that public broadcasters publish on their own websites, picked by country.

WHAT IT DOES
• Import an M3U or M3U8 playlist from a direct URL or open a local file.
• Sign in with Xtream credentials and let the app build the playlist for you.
• Pair your phone to Android TV: type one short code and the selected source is imported.
• Send to a Chromecast or a TV with wireless display: the TV plays and your phone becomes the remote, with channel and volume keys.
• Pause and rewind live TV, and start the programme on now from the beginning when the channel keeps it.
• Back up your library and settings to a file encrypted with your password.
• Browse the EPG: now & next for every channel.
• Set a reminder and Klipa pings you before the programme starts.
• Watch two live streams side by side with multiview. Tap a tile to switch sound.
• Browse VOD and series from your Xtream provider.
• Pick a playback profile (Fast Zap, Balanced or Stable) to match your network.
• Star your favorites for one-tap access from the home screen.
• Search channels instantly by name, category or tvg-id.
• Switch between System, Light, Dark and AMOLED themes.
• Use the app in eleven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Basque and Chinese.

LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN
• Imported playlists, channels, favorites and settings are stored on your device.
• No app account. No cloud library. No remote sync.
• When you import a playlist URL, the app downloads it directly. When you play a channel, the player opens the stream URL directly.
• Optional TV pairing sends the selected playlist source through klipa.tv and removes it after the TV claims it or the pairing expires. Optional EPG sends the guide URL to klipa.tv, where it is stored to cache and refresh programme data. The optional EPG can be turned off, and the app works without it. Xtream source URLs can contain your IPTV login.
• Sending to a TV stays on your local network. A Chromecast loads Klipa's receiver page from klipa.tv, but your playlist, streams and login are never sent there.

DESIGNED FOR REAL DEVICES
• Built with Flutter and tested on physical Android hardware before each release.
• Works on phones and tablets, with an Android TV layout for living-room playback.
• Touch and remote input are first-class: fonts, status pills and controls are tuned for both.

4K HDR PLAYBACK
• Hardware-accelerated playback supports 4K and HDR on compatible devices and streams.

A NEUTRAL PLAYER
Klipa is a neutral player for content you already own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for the playlists and stream sources you import.

PRIVACY
Your library and viewing history stay on your device; optional pairing, EPG and public channels use klipa.tv as described above, and klipa.tv does not store the country you pick. Optional issue reports are sent only when you tap Send and include a sanitized preview, app/build details, coarse device context and bounded playback diagnostics. The preview may still contain provider or channel names you type, so leave them out; telemetry contains no URLs, credentials, provider or channel names, or exact viewing times.
