The sign up process is a loop that you get caught in and it doesn't seem to end. I normally ignore the stars from reviews but I have to say, they are right this time. When the start isn't easy... So, let me know, what to do. Free trial is ticking.... I cannot reach you at your email either...

I love spending a week of a free trial being really excited to use something cool and helpful that i found, only for it to never load/generate a single response no matter what i did to make sure it had everything it needed to work properly. I cleared cache and cookies, restarted my computer, router, things that shouldnt have mattered but just in case. Then was charged $15 for a product that still, has not worked a single time as advertised/marketed/promoted. I was skeptical downloading already bc of some of these reviews, but then the others that were good, gave me hope. I am emailing support with the email listed under Refunds/Cancellation, but I'm honestly worried I'm going to keep getting charged for something, I'm not actually getting. If someone could contact me and help me get it working and if its worth the investment, I'm happy to keep using it; would like to actually. But right now, I'm SMH and wishing i just stayed skeptical and didn't try this extension.
