en False promises. Ring Central does not access Clio Contacts. I can't log time and there is no caller ID. Very frustrating

I'm trying to use this for Clio. The CRM browser extension is not accessing Clio Contacts and doesn't enter in the phone logs once I hang up. I had to argue with Ring Central about the issue because they tried to tell me it was an issue with Clio, but the thing is, Ring OWNS the browser extension and Clio has no idea how it works LOL.

Downloaded the new Ring Central extension on 9/15/23. Let Ring Central know that calls are not auto logging to contact activity history in Insightly (like it used to with the old extension.) It's been a week & we've received no solution. Seems there is no contact integration between Insightly & the new Ring Central extension. All calls I make say contact cannot be found & I need to add contact to the CRM website. Sometimes I get an error message that says http line is too large, or something similar to that.
