I love this tools that it can help to automate some of the works for Business.. Now I don't have to worry about responding to all the comments... Lot of uses cases I can say for this.. example, give an access to a product for whoever comments on the post which helps both ways that you don't have to be there physically to give access to the product and also it automatically increases the your reach for the page..
