2024-11-03 | Cheryl Mudrich | en | Ever since I bought Webroot I have had nothing but trouble with it. I'm going to delete the program and go back to what I had before this. Too F+++ing complicated.
2024-07-07 | Joe Eschman | en | Every time I log on to Chrome, a pop=up tells me that :web threat shield has been added" and asks me if I want to allow it or remove it. I choose add it but it asks me every time! I don't know if I've added it or not!
2024-06-30 | Matt Almgren | en | Not sure what changed recently, but now all my link names in chrome are replaced with " Trustworthy, It's safe to go" in the title and it makes it difficult to tell what the site is. I've been a long-time Webroot customer and never had this much intrusiveness into my browsing habits. I've disabled the extension for now, as it's annoying as hell.

2024-06-03 | Kenya Otterholt | en | Hello, I hope you're having a splendid day! I am currently seeking opportunities to expand my business operations by investing in extensions with a significant user base, beginning from 50,000 users and up. No matter if your extension has a modest user base or counts its users in the millions, I am interested and ready to negotiate a purchase. If you are in possession of such an extension and looking to turn it into a profit, please consider reaching out to me. We can discuss the price and proceed with a transparent and secure transaction through a trusted escrow service based in the United States. It's great that Google allows the transfer of extension ownership between accounts, so your Google account ownership will remain intact. 2024-05-27 | Paul Fox | en | I had an expired version of webroot on my windows PC and thought I had updated my keycode by downloading the wsinstall file and double clicking, but I had NOT. The following link helped me update to my NEW keycode. https://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/ukp.aspx?pid=2&app=vw&vw=1&login=1&json=1&solutionid=1564 Then I checked the SECURITY summary for my webroot account and verified both my Desktop and Laptops were listed. Hope this helps others. I tried to post a screenshot of the security TAB but was not able to.
2024-05-17 | Stacey Cotter | en | I'm in the same boat as everyone who posted in April and May 2024...I have no idea if I'm covered or not, although I know I paid for it; they at least did confirm that much. I know I have an account, can get into it, but then it tells me my subscription has expired. The instructions are not user friendly, and do not confirm anything is activated, secured, been downloaded...nothing! |
