Flynn

Flynn is the all-in-one childcare management app for crèches, daycares, and early-years educators in Luxembourg and beyond.

Designed for educators, owners, and parents, Flynn keeps everyone connected throughout the child's day. Educators can log meals, naps, activities, and milestones in seconds, share photos and videos with parents, and manage attendance, allergies, and medical notes — all from a single secure interface.

Parents enjoy a real-time view of their child's day: daily reports, photos of activities, messages from educators, and important updates such as allergy information or medication reminders. No more paper notebooks or scattered messages.

Key features:
• Daily tracking — meals, naps, nappy changes, activities, mood
• Photo and video sharing with parents (educator-uploaded, parents view)
• Secure messaging between educators and parents
• Attendance, allergies, and medication notes
• Multi-language support: French, German, English, Luxembourgish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
• Role-based access for educators, managers, and parents
• Encrypted in transit (HTTPS), GDPR-aligned data handling
• Designed and hosted in Luxembourg by Ourea S.à r.l.

Flynn is for educators and parents who want a simple, secure, and modern way to share the moments that matter. Account creation is required (handled by your crèche). For support, contact support@ourea.lu.
