Substrate Connect Extension is a browser extension designed for managing substrate-based blockchain light clients. It automatically updates and maintains the latest state of popular Substrate chain specs such as Polkadot, Kusama, Rococo, and Westend. Upon browser initiation, it updates these chain specs to provide faster chain synchronization. The extension is compatible with dApps that support Substrate Connect, with the dApp appearing as connected - indicating it's using the bootnodes and specs of the extension.
