MLMUPC HRM is the official mobile companion for human resources at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC). It provides authorized staff and managers with secure access to essential HR workflows from iPhone and iPad.

The app may request camera access for QR code scanning and location access for attendance verification. All data is processed securely in accordance with MLMUPC HR policies.
