What is Text to Image?

"Text to Image" is a Chrome extension that allows users to conveniently transform any text into an image file. Users can add desired text, apply formatting, and select a background image or color. The output is saved as a PNG file to the default download location. The addon utilizes html2canvas, an opensource library, for the conversion. Bug reports and feature requests can be submitted to the addon's homepage.

Text to Image extension enables you to convert any text to an image file. Open the addon's interface, write your desired text, and apply formatting via the top toolbar. You can also add a desired background image or background color to the textarea. Once you are done, please press on the - Convert - button to save the result as a PNG file to your machine. The download path is the default download location on your machine.

Please note that, if you resize the addon's interface, the resulting image will be resized as well. This addon uses an opensource library called - html2canvas - to convert an HTML element to image. I have actually wanted to do this for a while. For reasons. Anyways, it works and looks fancy, and that's enough to land any chrome extension 5 stars (unless people arbitrarily give it less).
