The latest update simply locked me out of the app, so I literally can't use its services anymore! It doesn't launch without providing a lot of extra personal data and additional biometry, even though I'm a long time client already! Just a cherry on top of the awful service that regularly doesn't work. Basically a scam, I will be leaving this nonsense asap. |

What I need the most is transfer between accounts, get money with qr code, and instant payments. Currently, the interface is cluttered with an overload of information that I find unnecessary, such as loan and credit card offers. Simplification and focus on essential functions would enhance the usability for me. |

I try to say "forgot the password" and there is no way to recover passwords is you don't have a debit/credit card. Why????? I just use my accounts to pay for things like taxes while living outside and their support say "come to the bank, get a new card then you'll get access to your money". Are you freaking kidding me? The first thing I'm going to do next time I visit- close my accounts! |
