Really, the developer stated on his website that development started in 2005, yet in 2026 there is still no source code on GitHub. There should be no trust in such an app from a private developer to manage someone’s passwords without knowledge of how the program works.

"KeeForm development started a long a time ago ... in 2005. The source code of the KeePass add-on and the browser extensions are available under the terms of the GNU General Public License. A GitHub repository to host the source is on the to-do list" Seriously? 20 years you can't upload source to GitHub, which would take you 5 minutes to do? Very strange.
