TPMS Africa

TPMS is the field-report tool that telecom tower technicians use to document maintenance visits, fueling runs, incident reports, and cash requisitions while on site — even with no signal.

The app is restricted to authorised technicians and operations staff whose employer has provisioned a TPMS workspace. It is not a public consumer app.

What you can do with TPMS:

• PM01 / BTS preventive-maintenance visits — work through a structured checklist on site, capture the required photos for each check, log typed-field readings (voltages, fuel levels, equipment serial numbers), and submit the visit when you're done. Every photo is stamped with GPS coordinates and a timestamp so the operator has an audit trail of work performed.

• Fueling runs — log generator refuels with fuel volume, before/after generator-hour readings, and photo evidence. The fueling form mirrors the operator's expected format so submissions don't need rework.

• Incident reports — log safety, security, or equipment incidents from the field with category, severity, narrative, and photos. Submissions are timestamped and geo-tagged.

• Tickets — view PM02 reactive-maintenance tickets assigned to you, escalate visits to tickets when a follow-up is needed, and update status as you work.

• Cash requisitions — raise requisitions for site-specific cash needs (parts, transport, facilitation) and track them through your regional manager's review.

Built for offline-first field work

Every submission you make is queued in an on-device outbox the moment you tap "Submit". If you're underground, behind concrete, or otherwise off-grid, your work is safe. As soon as the device sees a usable connection, the outbox uploads in the background. Photos compress automatically before upload to stay within rural bandwidth budgets.

Multi-workspace

TPMS serves multiple operator workspaces from one app. Your login picks the workspace and data is strictly scoped.

Audience

TPMS is provisioned by contracting and operations companies for their tower technicians, fueling officers, team leaders, regional managers, and back-office finance staff. If you don't have a workspace login, the app has nothing to show you — please contact your employer.
