Partyhatify - Add party hats to any webpage

Partyhatify is a Chrome extension that allows you to add party hats over any webpage. It is inspired by the party hat meme from Tom Siddell's webcomic "Gunnerkrigg Court". This extension has known issues with some websites but works mostly consistently. More features are planned. Check the website link for source code and bugtracker. Initial release is v.1.1.
