Extension summary
I've been looking for something like this for an hour and couldn't find one, so I created it. This simply adds a thumbs down icon to your bar. If you go to a website that seems to be down, and would like to find out if it's really down for everyone, just click the icon, and it will redirect you to isup.me for the url in the tab that's currently open.
