en | I have the same issue worked great for a long time but now it does what it wants to do. I did find a work around but you have to do it once a day change the refresh time and it works all day fine. |

This extension was great when i forst installed it (used in Chrome), but im not sure if the extension is broken or if chrome updates have broken it. But now it doesnt work properly. sometimes it refreshes and sometimes it doesn and i still have to manually refresh. whcih of course after using it fopr almsot a year with no issues means i forget on occasion and new tickets will just sit there.... very frustrating... fix this shite. seeing as Zendddesk CLEARLY is nnever going to create this function within Zendesk ticketing system | |

I liked it, BUT I encountered an issue when replying on a ticket and adding a CC. The CC box where I type the end-users email address kept disappearing. As soon as I disabled this extension, it behaved correctly. | |
