What is FA Status?

FA Status is a Chrome extension that puts Furaffinity notifications in the title bar and keeps them updated. It also updates notifications on the page itself, reducing stale notifications. Developed by Serotonin, you can find more information and hacks on their GitHub page.

UPDATE: Fetches from FA in a background page instead of from each tab. This should cut down on the hits FA was getting significantly, I do apologize for creating unnecessary load for them.

Another fine Serotonin production. Puts your furaffinity.net notifications in the title bar and keeps them updated. Also updates the notifications on the page itself so you have fewer stale notifications. Fancy. Previewer not included (you can get that here: http://goo.gl/bNumm)

Why would you name it "FA Status" instead of Furaffinity Status? That makes it impossible to find if you're searching the Chrome store. Do you have any idea how many Chrome addons have the letters F and A in their names? I never would have found this if someone hadn't pointed it out on the Furaffinity forum. Also, could you make it use desktop notifications and/or an icon next to the address bar instead of putting the numbers on the tab so that I don't have to keep the tab open all the time?

It's good, but it doesn't work super well when you have a bunch of tabs. Could you provide an option to disable the title bar option, but keep the page updating?

Very handy for keeping track of messages while surfing other sites. I've yet to encounter any issues with it at all aside from Chrome's tab text limitations, but that's not something very many people will have to deal with, nor is it a problem created by the plugin. Highly suggested for any FA account holder!
