Device is no longer able to be controlled via app, For the last 2 years the app no longer appears to be supported or works as it crashes everytime I attempt to open it. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same problem exists. This has made the Bluetooth and programming function pointless. A waste of money on this device.

Garbage app nothing works its been more then a year since they changed something on it i contacted customer support with email explaining the issue and how to fix it they never responded back to my email or to me. I keep seeing from them that this app is broken and they trying to fix it and my question is in 10 years. I would never recommend anyone to purchase any products from Honywell specially this purifier genius 6. I hope they respond to my review and fix the issue with this broken app soon
