KanbanTab turns your New Tab into a fast, privacy-first Kanban board. Data loads instantly, with optional End-to-End Encryption and real-time sync across devices. No account is needed—choose Guest Mode to keep data on-device or Sync Mode to share across devices securely.

Core capabilities include Multiple Boards, Card Notes with descriptions and checklists, Automation & Routines, Power-User Shortcuts, and Global Search to locate any card quickly. This privacy-first design means your data can stay on your device in Guest Mode, or be transmitted securely when you enable Sync. Note: if you enable E2EE, keep your passphrase safe; lost passphrases are not recoverable.
