Excellent application. Just click and it is ready to work. You don't need to configure and install anything. Great and very useful expansion to Focus Contact Center.

Very nice. If you used SIP Softphone, webphone (webrtc) is new quality of communication. Connections is secured by TLS and you don't need ask IT administrator to unblock firewall. It works very simple.
