It is made for users who want fast access to web search without opening a separate website first. The addon keeps the flow simple, so you can start a search directly from the address bar and choose the search country option before continuing.

How to use K2VPN:

  1. Type "k2" in the Firefox address bar
  2. Press Tab
  3. Choose the country option you want to search from
  4. Enter your search
K2VPN is offered free of charge. To support the service, we work with third party advertising partners, including search providers.

This addon updates your search settings and changes your search engine to be powered by Bing.

When searching with K2VPN, you are not anonymous, and your search results may still be based on your actual location. K2VPN is meant for private search access through the addon, not for making all normal browser traffic anonymous.
