2013-06-06	j paloma		en	I own a medical equipment service company. I tried this app for my service technicians. I found this app not to be productive and a waste of time. The management of the app is too limited to allow the customer adjustments I needed, placing information between buildings and locations was confusing and when I tried technical service for answers, I found 12 questions/answers none of which addressed my questions. I cannot imagine that companies are actually giving this app such high ratings and honestly find it quite suspicious. I can go to google forms and produce much better work orders. The "free" app costs $5 This may be the entire purpose of the app is to collect $5 every time some one wants to try the app.
