Todo Share is a fully Japanese-language To-Do app that allows you to share "to-dos" in real time with anyone from two people to large groups, including couples, families, friend groups, and small teams. There's no limit to the number of people you can share with; anyone can join simply by sending an invitation link.
It's a To-Do app that can be used regardless of the number of people involved, for things like shopping lists, household chore division, travel and event planning, mom group event preparations, club retreats, wedding preparations, neighborhood association role assignments, and task management for small teams.

Simply send an invitation link to the person you want to share with. Recipients don't need to register an account; they can immediately participate in editing the list by tapping the link. You can send it via LINE or show a QR code on your screen. No account creation or troublesome email verification is required. Since there's no limit to the number of people you can share with, it can be used for any size group, from small family groups to mom groups, clubs, and workplace teams.

No account creation is required initially; you can start using it immediately. If you later want to change devices or use it on a different device, you can link your account with Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in (iOS) to access the same list from any device while retaining your data.

Q: Do the people I share with also need to install the app?

A: After sending the invitation link, the recipient can choose to install the app or join via a web browser. Installation is not required if they join via a web browser.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of people I can share with?

A: There is no limit to the number of people you can invite to a single list. It can be used by groups of any size, from couples of two to large groups of dozens.

Q: Can I use it offline?

A: Recent data is stored within the app, so you can view it even without a network connection. Additions and edits made offline will be synchronized to the server when you reconnect to the network.

Q: Can I transfer my data when changing devices?

A: Yes, by linking your account with Google Sign-in, you can use the same data on your new device. (Apple Sign-in is also available for the iOS app.)
