Features

5. You can register frequently used pick-up locations using the [Registered Locations] function. Taxi Ordering Process
1. From [Various Settings], please set your customer information (mobile phone number and name in Katakana), and please review and agree to the Terms of Service.
2. From [Order a Taxi], press the [Zoom and Specify Location] button and align the "Call Here" mark with the taxi's pickup location.
3. To call one taxi, press the [Call a Taxi Now] button. To specify the number of taxis and the taxi drop-off location, press the [Detailed Order] button.
4. If everything is correct, press the [Order] button.
5. Once the taxi arrangement is complete, we will inform you of the taxi's radio number and estimated arrival date and time. Your order is now complete.
6. Please check for the vehicle's arrival around the estimated arrival time. The driver will ask for your name when you board the taxi, so please make sure you have set up the various settings accordingly. Please provide your name.

1. This app uses data communication. Communication charges are the responsibility of the user.
2. This app acquires location information. Depending on weather conditions, radio wave conditions, etc., it may not be possible to accurately acquire the user's location information.
3. Depending on traffic conditions, etc., we will search for the taxi that can pick you up as quickly as possible. If the location specified in this app is difficult to find or if a taxi cannot stop, we may contact you by phone from the dispatch center.
4. Cancellations are handled by the dispatch center. If you cancel, it may take some time for the status to be reflected in this app.
