This app can only be used by employees of corporations that are participating in the Minami-Awaji City Social Welfare Corporation Liaison Council (hereinafter referred to as Hotkahen Net).

- The purpose of this app is to share information for BCP (Business Continuity Plan) in the event of a disaster (damage situation, stockpiles, requests for cooperation from other corporations, etc.).

-This app is intended to be used in the event of a disaster that suddenly occurs, so you must be familiar with using this app on a daily basis. For this reason, we have a bulletin board function for each corporation that posts business communications that can be used on a daily basis.

-This app consists of three main parts: the bulletin board screen for each corporation, the Hotokahen Internet bulletin board screen, and the account information screen. You can switch between these three screens using the tabs at the bottom of the app. Please note that once you log in, the login screen will be omitted from next time until you log out.

・This app consists of two major functions: 1) the ability to view bulletin boards that can be used within the company and facilities, and 2) the ability to view the Hottokahen online bulletin board provided by the Social Welfare Corporation Liaison Council for disaster information and living in poverty.
- Bulletin boards within the corporation and facilities can only be viewed by affiliated employees.
・Equipped with a full-year feature that displays a "new article" guide on the terminal when an article is posted on each corporation's bulletin board.
- When posting an article, especially regarding disaster information, you can also post an image file saved on your device to better understand the situation.
-Equipped with a read management function for each article on bulletin boards within corporations and facilities.

- In this app, three types of permissions are set for each account: viewing user, corporate administrator, and facility administrator.
・To post or delete articles, you must log in with an account that has corporate administrator or facility administrator privileges.
-Corporate administrators can post to the entire corporation and post/delete articles to the bulletin boards of all facilities within the corporation.
- Facility administrators can post and delete articles only on the bulletin board of the facility to which they belong.

- When you install and start the app, a dialog box asking you to allow notifications will appear, so allow it.
-The first time, the login screen will be displayed, so select the corporation and facility to which you belong, and select the display name specified by the corporation/facility administrator. Please do not use corporate/facility administrator accounts unless specifically instructed.
・After agreeing to the terms of use, click the "Start using" button.
・There are two bulletin boards: the bulletin board for the facility you belong to and the Hotokahen online bulletin board, so switch between them using the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
-Click on the article you want to view on each bulletin board to display the article details screen.
- If there is an announcement on the bulletin board of the facility you belong to that the article has been read, you can report it to the administrator by clicking "Mark as read" on the article details screen.
・You can view the Hottokahen online bulletin board with any account.

- We will continue to make improvements as necessary based on the operational status of this app. For example, it is envisioned that the system will be equipped with a function to suspend use of specific users and a function to require a password when logging in.

As soon as the Google Play Store public review of this app is complete, the app administrator will change it to a private app that can only be used by users who know the download URL.
