It's as bad as most Japan made apps. For some reason, Japan just can't grasp how to dev a functional and working app. It's all cluttered, laggy / very resource intensive and it's constantly giving connection errors. If I tap on coupons, it's guaranteed to throw connection error at least few times before it finally starts to work. So usually I can either arrive to gas station and sit in my car refreshing until it decides to work or fiddle with phone while driving beforehand which is a big no-no.
