ピロピロ・チャレンジ（ピロピロ笛）

The whistle toy "Piro Piro Whistle" is also known as "Wipe Back" or "Pichala Whistle". It has been re-recognized for its effects such as diet, rehabilitation, breathing training, and pataca exercises.

◆ Oral function training with "Piro Piro Challenge"
The function of the oral cavity is not limited to the “chewing exercise” of chewing food. Perioral tissues also play an important role in keeping food in the mouth and breathing properly. Such functions cannot be trained simply by chewing, and the muscles around the oral cavity must be moved efficiently. Therefore, I would like to recommend an oral function training app called "Piro Piro Challenge".

◆ What is Piro Piro Whistle?
The whistle toy "Piro Piro Whistle", which is often seen in candy stores and fairs, is also known as "wiping back" or "Pichala whistle". If you look it up on Wikipedia, it is also called "snake flute" or "rolling flute", and it seems that it is a whistle unique to Japan and is also found overseas. It is said that the names are blowouts and party horn in English, but the literal translation is "explosion party whistle", which is not very calm.
You can buy it at 100-yen shops and Daiso, but famous places include PROIDEA's abdominal breathing exerciser Long Piro Piro Strong, Lupine's long-breathing life (training blow), and Blowback Village's super long blowback. ..
Since I was a kid, I was wondering why the stretched part returned to its original shape. I took the plunge and disassembled it, and the mystery was solved. It contained a thin, twirl-wound wire. I see, this was the power to return to the original.

◆ What is the Piro Piro Challenge?
"Piro Piro Challenge" is an Android free app that allows you to easily perform breathing training and oral function training. This name is given because the motif is "Piro Piro Flute". Why "Piro Piro Whistle" for breathing training and oral function training? Many people may wonder. However, recently, it has been found that this whistle is effective for dieting and rehabilitation, and it is being used in the field of long-term care.
It is also famous for being used by Kayo Noro for exercise. You can also see experiences such as "thin" and "the nasolabial fold disappeared" online. Since it uses abdominal breathing, it is harder to actually use it than it looks.
No wonder it's good for your health and beauty.

◆ How to use Piro Piro Challenge
With the Piro Piro Challenge, you can perform breathing training and oral function training whenever you want, as long as you have a smartphone. Simply launch the downloaded application and press the start button. There are 3 levels that you can challenge. Level 1 is the easiest and level 3 is the highest difficulty. Choose the level that suits you and train.

◆ Breathe into the microphone of your smartphone
Obviously, the Piro Piro Challenge doesn't have to facilitate the actual Piro Piro whistle. You can perform breathing training and oral function training just by blowing into the microphone of your smartphone. Maximize the whistle length and continue blowing for 5 seconds. After a 5-second break, repeat 5 times to finish. If you experience dizziness during training, stop using it immediately. If you try too hard and harm your health, you will not have any children.

◆ Easy oral frailty prevention
Older people use the muscles around the oral cavity less often. When that tendency becomes stronger, it causes a frail state called "oral frailty", which hinders important activities such as eating, talking, and breathing. You can easily prevent such oral frailty by using the "Piro Piro Challenge". The app is free, so feel free to download it first.
