99 percent time videos don't work

Okay, so I requested 0.2 BTCp to collect, they replied with an email that it would take 14 to 30 days to receive this request, and I might have to give a list of info to my exchange. 30 days later, nothing. I request more info on the app, to which I basically get the run around with incorrect information about a request that was for 0.66 BTC. feels like I won't ever see any Bitcoin from this app! I have deleted this app, and told them to delete my account. All this seems a lot like a scam!
