This is an app for shop owners who accept reservations via an order calendar.

When a new reservation comes in, you'll receive an instant notification on your smartphone. Opening the notification will display the reservation, and you simply choose "Confirmed" or "Not Confirmed." You can handle reservations without opening your computer, even between treatments or serving customers.


■ What you can do
- Receive notifications on your smartphone when a reservation is made (also notifies you of customer cancellations, date/time changes, and expired confirmation deadlines)
- Open the reservation from the notification and select "confirmed" or "not confirmed" on the spot
- Display the number of reservations awaiting a response on the app icon
- When you open the app, unprocessed reservations are displayed at the top of the screen
- Use the same functions as the store management screen, such as reservation list, attendance/reception time registration, customer ledger, and registration of phone numbers to stop accepting reservations
- Once you log in, you can use it as is from the next time onwards

■ Are you having trouble with reservation management?
- Worried about overlooking or duplicate reservations when writing reservations received by phone or LINE on a paper reservation sheet/book
- Worried about empty slots due to no-shows
Order Calendar is a reservation management system that integrates everything from online reservation acceptance to reservation sheets and customer ledgers. You can reclaim empty slots with reminders the day before and notifications to customers on the waiting list (available functions vary depending on the plan). You can also accept reservations after verifying the phone number via SMS (paid option).

This service is for businesses that operate by appointment only, such as salons, beauty parlors, spas, nail salons, chiropractic clinics, gyms, and classrooms. Basic use is free.

■ How to Use
・This app is for businesses (store accounts) that have already applied for Order Calendar. Applications can be made at https://order-calendar.jp/ (applications cannot be made within the app).

・Login is done using a 6-digit code sent to your registered email address (no password is required).

・Your name and phone number will not be displayed in the notification text.
