Five years ago, Mizuki Sasakura was caught in a flood of the Shiryu River and rescued by a young man.
Now, a marriage proposal from that young man—Tatsugo Ryujo—suddenly arrives in Mizuki's life.
Although she has doubts about the mysterious proposal, Mizuki accepts due to her feelings for Ryujo and family circumstances, and the wedding is to be held at the Ouryu Shrine, where the Ryujo family serves as parishioners.
However, on the day of the wedding, Mizuki is murdered by someone—
The dragon god enshrined at Ouryu Shrine appears.
The dragon god, who had descended for the wedding, offers to return Mizuki to the time when she was alive. Apparently, a special sake that Mizuki drank at the wedding makes this possible.
