Azuma Eiji runs a handyman business in Narugahama City, K Prefecture.
One day, he receives a phone call.

The caller is his best friend, Kuga Kyotaro, a renowned young detective and the number one among the best. He wants his help investigating the "Second Generation Lily Serial Murders," a case that is currently shocking the world.

Eiji gladly accepts the call, but is framed for a murder that occurs shortly afterwards,
and ends up on the wanted list as the culprit.

Now on the run, Eiji can no longer trust even the police,
and in order to track down the real culprit, he embarks on a dangerous investigation himself.
