Miya-Navi

MiyaNavi is a business app for delivery drivers of Miyasho Co., Ltd., who are responsible for the delivery and installation of home appliances.

From checking the day's delivery route to on-site work checks, receiving customer signatures, and reporting completion, everything can be done with a single smartphone.

This app is for business use only by Miyasho Co., Ltd. Login information for each truck issued by the dispatch manager is required to use it.

■ Main Features

【Today's Delivery Route】
・Displays a list of delivery destinations for the day, along with the order of visit and estimated delivery times.
・Allows you to check delivery destinations and routes on a map.
・One-button access to Google You can launch the map and start navigation to the next delivery location.

[Rearranging Delivery Order]
- If you want to change the order due to absence or other reasons, you can drag and rearrange the remaining delivery locations.
- The rearrangement will be immediately reflected in the map route and navigation.

[Confirming Delivery Slip Details]
- You can confirm the delivery address, item, amount, work details, and handover information on-site.

[Work Check]
- Answer "Yes" or "No" to confirm the installation location, check for scratches or damage, and verify functionality.
- The confirmation items will directly reflect the information registered by the dispatcher.

[Signature Receipt/Completion Report]
- You can receive the customer's signature on the screen.
- You can send a completion report with a report memo.
- In areas without signal, you can save the report to your device and resend it later.

[Sharing Location Information During Work]
- The truck's current location is sent to the office only from "Start of Work" to "End of Work."
- The office can understand the operational status and respond quickly to customer inquiries.

■ Regarding the Use of Location Information

This app uses location information to transmit the current location of trucks during work to the office's fleet management system.

Location information is only transmitted from the time the delivery person presses "Start Work" until they press "End Work."
* Location information is transmitted even while other apps (such as map apps) are displayed during work. During this time, the notification box will display "Delivering: Sending current location."
* Location information is transmitted when work is completed, logged out, or the app is closed.
* Location information will not be used for advertising or to provide to third parties.
