① Pick up only what you think is intuitively relevant
*1 item is 5 seconds as a guide.

② Think carefully by answering the items you picked up.
*It's silly, but you can find interesting ideas.

(S)ubstitute (substitute)
　It is an item to consider what the product or service will be used for.
Example: Do you make PET bottles with edible materials? Make a plastic bottle out of paper?

(C)ombine (combined)
It is an item to consider that a product or service can be combined with something else.
Example) How about combining a plastic bottle with a pen stand?

(A)dapt (adapt)
Items that take into account similar products or services and existing ideas.
Example) Cans are similar.

(M)odify
It is an item to consider changing the size, shape, color, behavior, etc. of products and services.
Example) A very large plastic bottle. Triangular plastic bottle.

(P)ut to other uses
　It is an item that focuses on where the product or service is not intended.
Example: PET bottle rocket. Can you make a rhythm game with a plastic bottle?

(E)liminate
　It is an item to consider omitting or deleting the functions and mechanisms of products and services.
Example) Why not try removing the mobile function? Try removing the cap.

(R)everse/Rearrange
　It is an item that you can try to replace or change the arrangement of products and services.
Example: How about a plastic bottle with a lower mouth?
