BJJ Kaizen Note is a simple notebook for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that turns the PDCA (kaizen) cycle of your training into a notepad.

Capture the problems you run into (usually the opponent's reactions) and what works against them, with as few taps as possible. Your notes naturally grow into your personal playbook.

- Add your positions (e.g. De La Riva, Closed Guard)
- Add your attacks from each position
- Add problems — what the opponent does that troubles you
- Write notes on any position, attack, or problem

■ Mark problems as solved
When your answer works in sparring, check the problem off as solved.
The progress chart shows problems found vs. problems solved over time, so you can see the holes in your game closing.
