By setting heart rate thresholds (upper and lower limits) within the app, you can receive notifications from the app when your heart rate exceeds the threshold.
By registering your family's email address in advance, your family can also receive notifications by email.
The notification will also be shared with SECOM Ryukyu Co., Ltd., and you and your family will be able to receive a phone call to confirm the situation.

・Self-management support function
You can easily record the discomfort you feel in your daily life. You can check past recording dates and contents on the app, so you can use it for daily self-care.
In addition, exercise that puts a certain amount of stress on your body is recommended to prevent the recurrence of heart disease, but you can view and record exercise videos on the app that are easy to do at home, supervised by cardiac rehabilitation instructors. You can do it.
