Countdown in the order of Ready → On Your Marks → Set → Go.

The screen color changes according to the progression, visualizing the progress.

Audio playback:

Audio can be assigned to On Your Marks / Set / Go.

Multiple options are available, including male/female voices and pistol sounds.


Time setting:

Fixed values ​​or range-specified (random) settings can be set for each phase, creating variations in practice.


Reaction time & goal time measurement:

By attaching the device to your body, reaction time can be measured.

Furthermore, using a separate wireless remote control, you can also measure your finish time.

Memo Function:
You can add notes to your recorded data, recording what you focused on at the time, your physical condition, and other details. This helps clarify areas for improvement and is expected to lead to further growth.

Loop Playback:
For continuous practice, you can loop and repeatedly execute sequences.

Pause/Resume/Reset: You can pause during execution and resume immediately. Resetting returns to the initial state.
