HeartSign is a dedicated app developed by the Department of Cardiology at Mie University Hospital, based on the extensive experience and research of doctors and nurses, to support the health management of patients with lifestyle-related diseases, heart disease, and heart failure.

By continuously recording data, the app aims to reduce the risk of developing heart disease due to worsening high blood pressure or overlooked or worsening heart failure symptoms, as well as the risk of emergency hospitalization.


The information entered is reviewed by medical professionals and used for health management, outpatient care, rehabilitation, and medical guidance, with the aim of providing high-quality medical support.



Initially, research and development was focused on patients with heart failure symptoms or a history of hospitalization for heart failure, but the app has been reborn as an app that can be used by patients with lifestyle-related diseases, high blood pressure, and heart disease, as well as others.


This app is being used for clinical research at designated medical institutions.



Use of the app requires consent to and participation in the research and guidance from a doctor.

- Daily blood pressure, pulse, and weight records, along with symptom checklist data, determine the risk of worsening symptoms and notify you when to see a doctor.
- Optionally register contact information for family members or your doctor, and you can contact them directly from the app if your health condition worsens.


- Easily check and respond to inquiries and surveys from the app.
