Pros

Very easy to use.
Information is centralized and easily accessible.

Cons

Limited device and region compatibility; many devices are not supported (e.g., Pixel 9 Pro, Xperia models) and overseas/region-restricted downloads.
Login and data-linking issues are frequent: infinite loading, repeated re-login, and failures to link My Number/insurance information.
Stability problems with crashes during login and navigation transitions.
Heavy reliance on Google Chrome rather than Android System WebView, causing external Chrome windows and security concerns (not compatible with some security-focused OSes).

It doesn't work. simple as that. my phone fails to read my card which is valid and I get an error message telling me to go to my Ward office to get a new card issued, which of course cost money and takes time. I live overseas so it's not as if I'm going to catch an airliner, and go to Japan just to get a my number card to be issued, which takes about 3 weeks anyway. ridiculous!

I can't register my card. everytime I push the button I get an error and the app closes. I can read my card but can't register, so it's basically useless
